Who we are
Corridant provides shipping and delivery management software to online retailers and the platforms they sell on. Write to [email protected] about anything in this notice.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we keep what you enter in the form: your name, your work email, your company, its website, the platform your store runs on, your monthly shipments and the countries you ship to. We also keep the language of the page, the version of the consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.
We use this only to answer your request and to arrange a demo. We keep at most one request per work email each day.
Your network address
We do not store your IP address. To limit abuse of the form, we keep a keyed hash of it for the day. The key is replaced every day, and the hash is removed from your request after 24 hours.
The human check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. It loads on the demo page only, once you start filling in the form. Cloudflare processes the information it needs for the check under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep a demo request
We keep a demo request until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to answer you. To have it deleted, write to [email protected] or reply to any of our emails.
Shipment data we process for platforms and stores
When a store ships through Corridant, its platform sends us what a carrier needs to deliver: the recipient's name, phone and address, and the shipment's details. We process this on behalf of the store and its platform, and share it only with the carrier that delivers the shipment.
Recipient details are stored encrypted. They are removed 30 days after the shipment reaches a final state, or at once when the platform asks for them to be erased. The waybill, tracking number and tracking history are kept, so the shipment can still be found.
The credentials a store enters for its carrier accounts are stored encrypted, and are never shown again after they are entered.
Who else processes data
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we share demo requests with no one outside Corridant.
Cookies
corridant.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Cloudflare, which carries traffic to the site and runs the human check, may set cookies it needs for security.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them or to delete them. Write to [email protected]. If a store shipped a parcel to you, you can also ask that store.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the new version is published here with its date.
